July: Seminar for young scholars on Oral HistoryTechniquesand Practice at Huadong Teachers University in Wuhan
August: 11th International Collocquium of Sinology in Paris in collaboration with the Institut de Paris and Ricci Institute of the University of San Francisco
November: Conference on Local Society and Modern China at Zhongshan University.
