Dr. Moses has taught at Renmin University of China (RUC), the Foreign Affairs College, and the Hopkins-Nanjing Center for Chinese and American Studies. He held an endowed chair as the Fei Yi-Ming professor of political science at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center from 2000-2003. He has also taught at Carnegie Mellon University and at the University of Minnesota, where he was Director of International Relations at the Institute for Global Studies. He is a frequent commentator on Chinese affairs in the international media.
